I still think about it most likely the problem is:- If you are using a download manager maybe It may cause this problem. My original posting seemed to be lost when I revisited. I then could reinitialize my system without any errors. So the hdd seems to be absolutely unusable.
I have reinstalled some games from disk by now and downloading some smaller games also worked like a charm. It does work fine again in my laptop though.

As for the first point, the original PS4 Pro hard drive seems very damaged and must be disposed of. The clicking noise is a very clear sign of the end of its life. I will try to test a different hdd when I get the chance and hope that it works, to make sure the problem is not caused by a power issue. I could bring up the reasoning against this theory, that with the original hdd it still went through the reinitialization procedure many times without any errors and still even booted up when I already got the error message with the laptop hdd.
