RDR2 is the only and one game showing this error. All online sources I could check claim this is not a bad disc problem at all, but a software problem instead, which seems true as I could actually start the game yesterday Does anybody else in here had this same issue? What did you do to fix that? Should I left my system disconnected all the time while playing this? Should I reinstall everything and then start the game only after 1. Or is there any other fix? Appreciate all help you guys can lend.
That error code is actually self aware protocol function that was included in the latest system patch update.

I had a similar issue on xbox. Sekiro, and only Sekiro, refused to install from disc. I ended up old school trouble shooting and undoing everything I'd done on my console,one by one, until it worked. The problem? The blu ray player app! It was glitched and would try to read my disc as a BD. Who tf knows. Some update broke it probably.
My point is that it isnt just installed games but apps too that could be doing it. Hope you figured it out weeks ago though, so frustrating! Good luck! I had the same issue. I was prompted to delete files as they were corrupt.
