I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better. What are the troubleshooting steps you have performed to resolve the issue?
Method 1: I suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter included within Windows OS manually by following the steps below and check if the issue persist. If you continue experiencing problems with an app, this tool can automatically identify and fix some problems with apps and the Store. Type troubleshooting in the search box next to Start icon and select the top most search result. Click on View All from the left hand screen panel. Select Windows Store apps , c lick on Advanced option and check Apply repairs automatically option.
Method 2: If the issue persist, reset the store cache by following the steps below, and check if the issue is resolved. Type wsreset.
